Once your virtual consultation is scheduled, you will be e-mailed a link allowing you to securely provide your history as well as any photos and/or documents you would like to discuss during your consultation.

The virtual video consultation will use "ZOOM.US", which works on any computer or mobile device. A link to access the meeting will be sent prior to the scheduled consultation time.
